Anti sticking, high temperature resistant and scratch resistant polyethylene wax lotion for water-based ink printing

Polyethylene wax lotion added in water-based ink system can effectively improve the scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, anti adhesion of the surface of printed products, and give the paint film a full, smooth feel, which is widely used in cigarette, wine, food, beverage, toys and other packaging products.

In the process of ink application, the special polyethylene wax lotion for ink will migrate to the ink surface in the film forming process, disperse evenly, and form a wax protective layer, so as to improve the ink surface performance.

It is not that the higher the amount of polyethylene wax lotion is added, the better the effect will be. When it reaches saturation, it will become an impurity in the ink. With the increase of polyethylene wax lotion, the wax protective layer formed on the ink surface can improve the smoothness of paper, reduce the friction coefficient, and significantly reduce the ink wear. When the amount of wax added is more than 5%, the gap between spherical wax particles on the surface decreases, and the effect of increasing the amount is not obvious. At the same time, considering the cost, it is appropriate to add about 5% wax lotion (the actual amount of wax added needs the customer to obtain the most appropriate amount of wax added based on rigorous experiments in the laboratory).
